Commander Cybersecurity operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. You will be billed at the start of each new billing cycle, and charges are non-refundable.
Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle starts on the day you sign up for the service, and you will be charged on a monthly basis. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it as outlined in the "Cancellation" section.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but your access to the services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No Refund Policy: There will be no refunds provided for any unused portion of your subscription. Your last use date will be the day your current billing cycle ends.
Your last use of the services will be the date when your paid billing cycle concludes. Even after you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of that billing period.
Any legal disputes or proceedings arising from the use of Commander Cybersecurity services will be governed by the laws of the state of Haryana, India. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana for resolving any disputes.
Commander Cybersecurity reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated version of this page, and the "Effective Date" will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
